Your Role


The Quality Excellence Senior Manager is responsible processing customer complaints efficiently while reducing the complaint rate within production, blending, and first shipment quality.


Your Responsibilities


  • Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the Operations and other key area managers.
  • Continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and organizational structures and initiating corresponding measures.
  • Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
  • Making recommendations to document efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.
  • Contribution and realization of ideas for the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Alignment and realization of digitization projects in cooperation with the stakeholders. Optimization and documentation of new and existing business processes in the digital data bases and systems.
  • Providing framework conditions, ensuring the definition and development, as well as supporting the implementation of quality within processes and framework conditions and introducing quality gates.
  • Coordinating the handling of complaints including cause analysis, and expanding and managing the central complaints database.
  • Supporting the Döhler Academy in the conception and execution of quality-related training sessions and seminars.
  • Continuously compiling, controlling and analyzing the relevant quality data and initiating measures if necessary.
  • Carrying out risk analyses, taking quality standards into account.
  • Coordinating crisis management in the area of responsibility.

Your Profile


  • Graduate with a degree in Food or Beverage Technology; or closely similar field in Science.
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in Food or Beverage focused in Quality.
  • Direct customer facing roles and responsiveness to Quality.

Preferred Profile


  • SAP Experience
  • Food Safety Certifications in Audit
