Your Tasks:

• You create analyses and evaluations with MS-Excel for our Compensations & Benefits department
• You develop process trainings and training materials with authoring tools, SAP Enable Now and PowerPoint
• Therefore you work closely with our HR Talent Management team
• You test and evaluate workflows and applications
• You support us in improving our compensation processes
   

Your Profile:

• You are successfully attending a technical or mathematical course of studies, for example industrial engineering, computer science or similar
• Numbers, data and facts are your passion
• You like to work with MS-Excel and have a profound, in-depth knowledge of it
• You can clearly illustrate your results in PowerPoint presentations
• Ideally, you have already worked with authoring tools
• You are able to work in German and English language
